We bring our own cellular bonding connection to every event as a backup. That's not an upgrade. It's standard. Your stream stays live regardless of what the venue's WiFi does.
Two to four weeks is ideal for most events. For large conferences or multi-day productions, six to eight weeks gives us time to plan properly. We do take last-minute bookings when availability allows.
Yes. We can supply and operate a full PA system, wireless microphones, and mix audio for both the room and the stream simultaneously. Just add it to your package.
We're based in Pittsburgh and serve the greater Pittsburgh region including the surrounding tri-state area. We also travel for events further out. Travel costs are quoted per project depending on distance and duration.
Full refund if cancelled 14 or more days out. 50% of the deposit is retained within 14 days. No refund within 72 hours of the event date.
Yes. The pre-event tech rehearsal is done on-site, typically 24–48 hours before your event. We test every camera angle, audio source, and the stream itself in the actual space.
Yes, video playback is included. If you have pre-recorded clips, b-roll, or presentation videos to roll during the event, we manage the playback source and mix it cleanly into the program. Just send us the files ahead of time and flag it in your event notes.
Yes. We carry full professional liability and equipment insurance on every job. Certificates of insurance are available upon request. Most venues require it and we're used to turning them around quickly.
